JOLA DALLAS
POLICY
Important scheduling and appointment information for JOLA patients.
At JOLA, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient, and provider time is held accordingly. To honor that commitment and ensure availability for all guests, the following deposit, cancellation, no-show, and scheduling policies apply to all appointments.

Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm appointments for new patients, XERF appointments, and patients with a history of no-shows or late cancellations. Deposits are applied in full toward the cost of treatment on the day of service.
Cancellation Window
Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty provided JOLA receives at least 24 hours’ notice. With 24 hours’ notice, the deposit carries over to the rescheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the no-show and late cancellation policy below.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, and any no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. The deposit will not be applied to a future appointment or treatment.
Rebooking After a Missed Appointment
To rebook following a no-show or late cancellation, a new deposit will be required at the time of scheduling.
Repeated Occurrences
After two no-shows or late cancellations within a 12-month period, JOLA reserves the right to require full prepayment of treatment cost, rather than a standard deposit, for all future bookings.
Exceptions
JOLA understands that emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made at JOLA’s discretion for documented medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Day-of Arrival
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the late cancellation policy above, depending on remaining availability in the provider’s schedule.
